On the highways of the UK we build and maintain Optical Fibre networks as well as integrating fibre with copper legacy systems.

We conduct work involving:

• the design of optical fibre transimission systems for safety critical large scale networks
• the in-house provision of associated civil works operating to ISO 9001/2000 quality standards
• the integration of subsystems (including telephony, CCTV and Ethernet networks) providing complete ‘turnkey’ communication solutions
• the 24/7/365 maintenance and repair of fibre based telecommunications networks over national infrastructures such as the National Grid or UK motorway network.

Cable Splicing and Testing

Our engineers are skilled in the OTDR and ILM testing of networks, live changeovers in joints or cabinets, fault finding and rectification work.

Test results are presented to the customer in both paper and data formats where required (including drum testing before and / or after installation, partial section and bi-directional testing). Emulation packages can also be provided if required.
